  1. Fish fillet of your choice ,fry it whole piece or cut to bite size ,seasoning with salt and pepper ,flour lighty.
  2. Heat nonstick pan on medium ,add olive oil ,when it hot add pieces of fish ,let it turn brown on one side ,then flip it or toss the pan to flip ,brown another side.
